Finishes: Mannex black glazing frame with matching skirting. Joinery - Grey Bardolino Oak doors, panels and slat screen. Factory Refurbishment, Footscray
Project Description Site: Conway Fish Trading Next Gen Interiors completed a refurbishment of this factory in Footscray. Works included windows, concrete, brick work and painting. Scroll image left to right to see the before and after.
East Melbourne Heritage Refurbishment
Project Description This Newpol Constructions project involved a full refurbishment of a three-story heritage mansion. Blending old with new, the period restoration is also coupled with modern luxury finishes. Joinery Custom built joiney using Navurban Jarrahdale veneer. The master walk in robe features long stainless-stell bar handles as well as finger-pull drawers and a shadowline detail all around. The small upholstered ottoman was made with the same finishes. Albert Park Residential Fitout
Project Description Pictured is our clients private residence in Albert Park. American Oak wire brushed joinery featured in the kitchen and bathrooms. Grey, 2 pack doors with a custom finger-pull detail in all bedroom robes. Notice the custom dressing seat built into the robe. We custom made the mirrors in all the bathrooms with a black polycarbonate surround.
